All LeShuttle customers can collect and spend Avios. You will need to log-in to your Club LeShuttle account – or for new customers open a Club LeShuttle account – before you book. And make sure you have your British Airways Club membership number to hand when you complete your booking.

Find your travel dates/times and choose any add-ons. Make sure to enter your British Airways Club membership number on the confirmation page after you complete your booking.

Collect Avios

For every £1 you spend on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets you'll collect 3 Avios. For every £1 you spend on Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus ticket bookings you'll collect 6 Avios. You'll see your Avios in your account 30 days after you've completed your travel with LeShuttle.

How do I collect Avios?

Login or register for a Club LeShuttle account
To collect Avios, you must book your travel with LeShuttle directly on the website or by telephone via the LeShuttle Contact Centre. Avios can be collected by customers in the UK or Europe – but you will need to be signed in to your Club LeShuttle account to participate. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account, you can create one here.

Enter your British Airways Club membership details
You must enter your British Airways Club membership number on the Confirmation Page once you have completed your booking with LeShuttle. Your British Airways Club membership number, date of birth and the name on your Club LeShuttle account must match those stored on your British Airways Club account.

How many Avios will I earn?

You can collect 3 Avios per £1 spent on Day Trip & Overnight, Short Stay Saver, Standard and Standard Plus tickets. You can collect 6 Avios per £1 spent on Short Stay Flexiplus and Flexiplus tickets.

Avios are awarded once your journey has been completed with LeShuttle (not after the booking). Avios will then be awarded to your account within 30 days.

Is there a minimum/maximum spend?

No minimum spend is required and there is no maximum number of Avios that can be collected in a single transaction.

I cancelled / didn’t turn up for my journey, will I still collect Avios?

No-show / missed departures or cancelled bookings will not receive Avios .

How do I spend Avios?

To spend Avios, you must convert your Avios to a LeShuttle voucher at www.avios.com/spend-avios

You must login to your Club LeShuttle account to be able to spend a voucher. If you don’t already have a Club LeShuttle account create one at https://www.leshuttle.com/booking/account/create

Once you have your voucher make your booking online at www.leshuttle.com and enter the voucher code in the payment section to redeem your voucher. You can redeem up to 10 vouchers during a booking.

What can I spend an Avios–LeShuttle voucher on?

Avios–LeShuttle vouchers can be spent on:

All ticket types including Flexiplus
Accessories – including roof rack, roof box, bike rack, caravan, trailer

Avios–LeShuttle vouchers cannot be spent on:

Insurance (Travel or Motor Breakdown cover)
Pet travel (you can still book your vehicle using an Avios LeShuttle voucher, but the Pet supplement part must be paid with a Credit Card / Debit Card)
Any creation or amendment fees
Any payments on the day of travel (for example on the day supplements, new tickets, accessories that haven’t been pre-booked).

Is there a limit on how many vouchers I can redeem or use in one go?

The maximum number of vouchers that can be issued in 1 day on the Avios site is 1 voucher. The maximum number of vouchers that can be redeemed for travel with LeShuttle in 1 booking is 10 vouchers.

How long do I have from redeeming my Avios for an Avios-LeShuttle voucher?

The Avios-LeShuttle voucher will expire 12 months from the day it is issued at www.avios.com/spend-avios. If a voucher expires no refunds will be given and no Avios will be credited back to your account.
